| Is it safe to book with you, meaning can I trust I get the room on the hotel I book? | Yes you can, as long as you have paid us in advance. In order to open up our business in Thailand, we had to give money guarantee to the "Tourism Authority of Thailand", and our T.A.T. license number is: 33/2333: it can be viewed here. Feel free to call them or the hotel in question if you doubt our trustworthiness. |
| I've heard about internet fraud, how can I trust you? | On the bottom of every page is our legal registered company name, our address, our phone/fax number, our mobile number and our address. Just above this is the link to our T.A.T. (Toursim Authority of Thailand) license number. On the About Us page there's even a picture of our office. Have no doubt, we are for real! |
| What's the difference or relationship between Sabai Thailand Travel and Sabai Holiday (Thailand) Co., Ltd.? | Basically just the name. Our company is registered as Sabai Holiday (Thailand) Co., Ltd., whilst our travel agency is registered with T.A.T. (Tourism Authority of Thailand) as Sabai Thailand Travel. |
| How do I pay for the booked hotel(-s)? | We will send you an email containing a link to our secure payment gateway according to the payment terms below. |
| When do I pay for the booking? | Normally 14 days before commencement of services, but if you want to pay by bank transfer: 21 days in advance. If it's less than 14 days before commencement of services, you have to pay by creditcard at latest the day after we confirm your booking. |

| Is it cheaper for me to book the rooms directly with the hotel? | No, in general all hotels give cheaper rates to travel agents as this is where most of their business comes from. But if you do find out that you can get cheaper rates anywhere, give us a notice and we will undercut that price as a reward for your effort. See also our price guarantee. |

| If I'm not satisfied with the hotel/resort and/or the room I get upon arrival, what do I do? | Call us! We will contact the hotel immediately to find a quick solution. Our aim is happy customers, however, according to our General Terms & Conditions, no guarantees for refund is given. |
